Core to GMP’s Culture is a Commitment to Community Engagement
Over the past 25 years we committed nearly $56 million to community activities and organizations through the cumulative efforts of our offices across Canada, including the GMP FirstEnergy Community Foundation. We are committed to building strong communities that align with our entrepreneurial culture and corporate values by partnering with local charities, our clients and through employee engagement.
Our employees are actively engaged in the well-being of their communities. Each of our offices directly support charities and sponsor events aimed at strengthening the communities in which we live and work.
We encourage our employees to get involved in charitable activities by supporting their passion for giving back. Our employees regularly volunteer their time, energy and financial resources to help build a brighter future for those who need it most. They help identify charitable needs and bring them forward to our Charitable Donation Committee for support, in turn raising awareness of organizations that provide vital services to our communities.
Our investment decisions are based on understanding the unique needs and characteristics of the communities in which we do business. We proudly sponsor a range of charitable organizations and non-profit initiatives important to both our clients and employees.
